My Story

I'm raising money for RMA - The Royal Marines Charity. This years marks the 75th anniversary of the Royal Marines Association.

RMA - The Royal Marines Charity exists to help the entire Royal Marines family. Offering a range of services to both serving, veterans and their families.

Starting 0800 Friday 14 May, my much better half Jane and I will be setting out on a cheeky unsupported and non-stop 75 mile stroll as part of the 75 for the 75th fundraising campaign. We'll be following the Clarendon Way from Salisbury (starting at the Cathedral) to Winchester, the Itchen Way from Winchester to Cheriton, then circling our home village East Meon to get to 75. Hoping to finish in the Izaak Walton for beer on Saturday afternoon!

In case you fancy coming to join us for a stretch or just to have a laugh, estimated timings and locations as follows (you'll see a theme developing):

14/0800 Salisbury Cathedral

14/0930 Pitton

14/1130 Broughton
